Sec. 201.203. COMPLAINTS.
(a) The board by rule shall establish methods by which consumers and service recipients are notified of the name, mailing address, and telephone number of the board for the purpose of directing complaints to the board. The board may provide for that notice:
(1) on each registration form, application, or written contract for services of a person regulated by the board; or
(2) on a sign prominently displayed in the place of business of each person regulated by the board.
(b) The board shall list with its regular telephone number any toll-free telephone number established under other state law that may be called to present a complaint about a health professional.

Sec. 201.203. QUEJAS.
(a) La junta establecerá, mediante reglamento, los métodos por los cuales se notifique a los consumidores y a los receptores de servicios el nombre, la dirección postal y el número de teléfono de la junta, con el fin de que puedan dirigir sus quejas a la misma. La junta podrá disponer que dicha notificación figure:
(1) en cada formulario de registro, solicitud o contrato por escrito de servicios de una persona regulada por la junta; o
(2) en un letrero exhibido de manera destacada en el lugar de negocios de cada persona regulada por la junta.
(b) La junta incluirá, junto con su número de teléfono habitual, cualquier número de teléfono gratuito establecido en virtud de otra ley estatal al que se pueda llamar para presentar una queja sobre un profesional de la salud.
